This place is a disaster!!!

Pros

The pros, you might be able to backstab your coworkers out of leads and sales if your more of the dominant type

Cons

Stay away. This company is a joke. The top brass make the cash and you suffer. They can change commissions at the GM or RSM discretion. Don't put too much effort into a project because it will get taken away for any reason. Plan on working 7 days a week. 9-6pm and in summer till 7pm. These guys get away with exploiting the common employee. Sales people are treated like dog poop. Place is hopefully about to get sued for fraud

Tuff Shed values employee reviews - and we take constructive feedback seriously. Unfortunately, this reviewer's insults lessen the impact of the feedback. Employees are the key to Tuff Shed's success. We want everyone to feel valued and part of our team. We provide training and ongoing support for our inside and outside sales teams - but commissioned sales are not the right job for everyone.

Pros

Not much to say here but it is a good product, and I did get a paycheck every 2 weeks.

Cons

Corporate office is a joke. Nothing was set up, little to no training. I was told to write my driver license and ssn on paper and give to an admin no questions asked, or sign letter of resignation. If you have a problem you get 3 or 4 different answers. No consistency whatsoever. Expected to be on call 24/7 even when I had scheduled vacation. Most stressful job I ever had!

Pros

The pros are that there is profit sharing and 401k match. Buildings are solid.

Cons

Besides the benefits this company is absolute trash. All of the REAL bonuses go to upper mgt. So one can only imagine the politics and corruption. Whatever you're thinking believe me, it's much worse. I will let you know that I took my store from the bottom 10 to the top 5 out of 42 stores. Guess what?? Never got a raise or even offered anything similar. But I did get hurt on the job and then fired while I was on leave!!! Yes while I was on leave!! Guess what? Yep, someone didn't wanna lose those bonus dollars$$!! Let's see how they bounce a response off of this. FYI, forwarding this to mgt will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
