      I appreciate you taking the time to share your review. Our ESOP is a benefit that many companies do not offer. That's what makes us stand out! ESOP is to reward you for your service to the company. The temperature can fluctuate depending on the weather. We recognize that some of our warehouse environments are more difficult to regulate, which can make it a bit more challenging under certain circumstances.
