Cons

As a General Manager you are the owner operator of your business, therefore keeps you very connected to the everyday operations and sales of your location. Not so much a CON if you like success :)

We have excellent support throughout the company all the way from the Top down to the Shop. Great benefits and salaries that include bonuses. I look forward to coming to work everyday because no matter what location of ours i'm working at or visiting its always a great team. The owner cares about all the employees from Management to the Pre-Fabber which is extremely hard to find.

I have yet to encounter any cons
