      Pros

      We spend our days building relationships while solving customer's problems. In the 20+ years I've been here there has been so many opportunities for growth...all I had to do was put in the work.

      Cons

      You can get lost in the work and find yourself working long hours...this job requires self discipline in making sure there is a good work life balance.

      Tuff Shed is a very large PRIVATELY owned Company so it truthfully feels like a big family. I am still amazed that the company’s Founder, President, COO, and people at all VP levels know and call everyone by their name. Our highest levels of management can certainly tell anyone a short story of the first time they met a fellow employee here at Tuff Shed. You will often hear, "We are nothing without our people". This culture resonates throughout the Tuff Shed nation. The bonus structures at all levels of employment are better than any other job or industry I have been a part of in my professional career. The ESOP program is amazing and well structured. The opportunity for advancement or greater earing potential seems endless. When I first joined Tuff Shed, I was able to meet and hear stories of how this company can change your life, It definitely changed mine. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities I have had with this company, and I will forever shout it proudly "SHED ON!"

      Cons

      This may be a con to some, and it may not be to others. I personally sacrificed a work/life balance in the beginning of my career here. I wanted to be great and there is ALOT to learn and master buy hey, If you want be the best golfer in the land you're going to have to sacrifice some dinners with the wife or a poker night with the guys. That's just par for the course if you want to be great at anything in my opinion.
