Poor Training

Pros

Great product, well engineered, lots of benifits. Sells itself.

Cons

Current training is short nothing formal, more of a mentorship/wing it attitud, left at sea on a dingy with a ton of processes and non syncing, complicated operating systems, hearing your short comings and little to no celebration of successes, length of service unacknowledged, just being on an island with mediocre compensation. Tuff Shed says it's the people that build the company however hardly show it...like they used to many years ago.

Your time with Tuff Shed is greatly appreciated. We have seen our business grow exponitially in that time, and with that growth, we've also recognized the need to re-structure our training and focus on continual development of each of our teammates. Growth is not possible without change and adaptability, and we are excited to support all forms of growth.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our people are always our main focus when selecting the types of benefits to offer, and we're happy to hear those are appreciated. In a traveling sales position we definitely expect our teammates to make field visits to our partner locations regularly, as this expectation defines the success of your role. We also regularly audit and re-align, if needed, our driving allowances, in order to meet the local requirements. We encourage you to reach out to your manager if you have questions about those requirements.
