Honestly i have no cons about this place from day one everyone has done everything they told me during the hiring process. They have been very helpful in my transition from one sales industry to this one . they do go the extra mile to make sure you have the tools to be highly successful here.

Soliciting input from the front line is a great idea however, you may want to share any insights with your direct manager or regional leadership, too. This would be a great path to connecting with IT.
