This company really does care for its employees and is trying to up their game. Good benefits are offered and the leadership is focused on growth and longevity of business and people.

Cons

Some departments are far behind the times. It's not a place for heavy creative talent. It's hard to get some people to buy-in on new ideas and current successful practices. The department budgets are super thin and don't allow much for special software or keeping pace with the rest of the world on technology. It's a little "show me how hard you can work" not "how smart".
