      Pros

      Tuff Shed is an employee owned company so your efforts directly effect the value of your shares. At Tuff Shed you work independently and as part of a team. You have management there to support you when needed but mostly you have the autonomy to take care of your customers. Tuff Shed is a GREAT place to work!

      Pros

      People working toward the same goals. Every opportunity and customer is unique. State-of-the-art design and sales tools. Be a part owner after one year.

      Cons

      Compensation is low the first year (the bad)- but can increase a LOT based on your sales (the good).
