      ESOP! Good Compensation! Great Benefits! Awesome Product! Flexible Hours! Managers put people over profit margins understanding that taking care of your employees equals motivation, good morale and ever climbing profits in the long run.

      Cons

      I can’t think of anything I don’t like about the company or it’s leaders. It’s the perfect niche.
