      - I appreciate that the management team is given the freedom to manage the business and all of the tools to be successful, including great support from regional and corporate teams. - Your bonus ability is completely in your own hands and is attainable. - Tuff Shed is set up for long term employment with very generous profit sharing, 401 K matching, ESOP, and more for an enjoyable and successful career.

      Thank you for submitting your review. First, allow us to apologize for not communicating the specifics of the start time. The start time of 4:30am has been in place for several years and is a result of a team decision. This allows the team to work a Monday through Thursday schedule to enjoy a 3-day weekend! Our business is booming! and as a result, we have increased overtime to better service our customers. We're also working diligently to add additional staffing.
