      Thank you for your advice to management. We are always looking for ways to improve. A bit more information may be helpful in addressing some of the concerns. We do take pride in the development of our managers as we have an effective development program in place as it has helped to decrease turnover. We continue to build our development program of the General Managers and Assistant Managers.
