Paralegal

Pros

Decent salary, covered parking, medical benefits, central location.

Cons

No oversight of lower management what so ever. Continually yelled at (literally yelled at) for mundane things: i.e., said a file name out loud, yawned at the end of a work day, did not put two space between a sentence, letter formatting was not exactly like Sr. Paralegal. Stupid stuff! If you like being treat like garbage and yelled at everyday, then this may be the ideal role for you.

Pros

Set your own schedule. Good coworkers. Benefits, 401K and expenses covered. Tuff Shed builds a great product.

Cons

Poor communication within company, maverick mentality. Lack of opportunities. Hires contractors who do not respect the company and do sub standard work causing more work on the back end. This angers customers and creates a negative image of the company.

Employee reviews are important to Tuff Shed - and we thank you for your comments. They have been shared with the management team. Regarding lack of opportunities, we are committed to employee development and provide training and promotions at all levels. Any employees who are interested should talk to their General Managers. -- Tuff Shed is a successful company celebrating 35 years in business - and we couldn't do it without the teams at our 45 Factories across the US.
