My love for working for Tuff Shed

Benefits are great. Mr. Tom Saurey who is the owner is always looking for ways to improve his company with the employee in mind. I was an installer for Tuff Shed from 2015-2017. I was then brought in as a production manager in 2017 and today i am running my own Tuff Shed factory. Tom and team love to promote within and train existing employees for future rolls. This by far is one of the best places to work that i have experienced in my career. From the employee stock program to employee feed back to improve operations Tuff Shed is next level. The other thing i like about Tuff Shed is they are big believers in work/life balance. management is very understanding that life happens and they are supportive and sensitive.

The company is an amazing place to work. Each store is treated as a separate profit center and you're allowed to manage it as if it is your own business. High Rewards for High Performers Company -is very accepting of new ideas and experience brought in from past positions -is very supportive whenever help is needed -functional leaders are easily accessible -has strong and effective communications both top down and bottom up -offers great benefits -believes in the importance of its people, customers and suppliers -offers significant opportunities for career advancement

Cons

No cons to mention. When a company is in an extremely fast paced growth mode such as Tuff Shed, there will always be some minor frustrations. Tuff Shed is very aware of this and does what is necessary to minimize those frustrations.
