      You are given the autonomy to run your business as if your own. You are always given the support when needed. You are generously rewarded financially for running a successful business The senior leadership team, including the owner of the company are readily accessible at anytime.

      Stable work schedule, laid back atmosphere in office, good salary.

      Cons

      Part of the business so can't really say it's specific to Tuff Shed, but the fact that it's ridiculously busy in the summer and almost dead in the winter.
