Good Vacation/Sick Leave, Casual Fridays, Co-workers are hard workers and believe in Team work!!!!! HR provided fun activities to meet other Co-workers that you don't see often .

Cons

Manager did not provide New Hire training - no guidance, no structure, no appreciation for going ABOVE & BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, only got noticed when something went wrong. I felt discriminated against being African American- ONLY!!!! in the department I worked in.

Tuff Shed really helps to develop their employees. They give you the tools necessary to become successful. You are in control of how successful you want to become. You really need to enjoy working with customers and putting yourself out there. Working for Tuff Shed is also like having a second family. They really care about their employees and how successful you become.

I do not have any cons. I have been very satisfied working for Tuff Shed.

I started working with Tuff Shed as a Summer job throughout college. Among many things, it was the sense of accomplishment, quality of product and, most importantly, although I didn't realize it at the time, quality of people, that kept me coming back over the years. I've had opportunity to learn from and work side-by-side with those quality people gaining first-hand business knowledge in not only construction practices, but also, sales and marketing, management, recruiting, etc.

Cons

Long, variable hours. But I like what I do and I'm a big believer in 'you get out what you put in'.
