Pros

Ability to learn all aspects of the construction of the product within the factory. Laid back work environment. PTO time adds up. Benefits were excellent, ie; health, dental, life, etc.

Cons

The local management needs to get a clue. However they get their lead from the corporate leaders. There is too much of a good old boys club in management. There is no reason for the payscale to be all over the board when people are doing the same position. New hires are started out at a higher wage than existing proven employees. There needs to be one common language throughout the company

Pros

great name recognition..Shed business is good in most economys..during recessions a lot of adult children moved back home making extra storage a need, there are many opportunities for sales, to city state and federal government agencies .

Cons

The sales person is expected to cover the Phones and play receptionist, and also to do site checks, the commission percentage is very low ..5%-6% ... Very poor insurance plan, and no other benefits ..I was the top salesperson in the store I worked in , and they let me go with no reason given, but I think they decided to get rid of me because they had more sales people than they need because moving the Factory to a new location .I was a very hard working dependable sales person, I find it hard to take that a company that I worked hard to bring the sales up to tops in the division didn't even give me a reason for letting me go
