      Thanks for your review, we've shared it with the sales and management teams. - We appreciate your comments and, while we do take industry experience into consideration when hiring, we feel there are many other factors to building a successful team. It's important for us to note that all new SDCs have one-on-one training with the Regional Sales Manager and GM - as well as participation in a one-week training program at our Customer Support Center in Denver. We take pride in our sales teams and know that Tuff Shed would not be a success without them.

      Thanks for your review. Employee feedback - and development - is important to Tuff Shed. The information in this review requires clarification. Shop Supervisors are provided hands-on training by the local Production Manager. In Tucson, the PM has been with the company for more than ten years, and is part of the team that opens new Factories and trains new production teams – there’s no shortage of experience or enthusiasm! Tuff Shed encourages all employees to take advantage of the resources available to become knowledgeable and successful in their new jobs.
