I love the fact that even though we are in sales we here in the Chicago are operate as a team , When we win we all win, when we come up short we all come up short. My Market and District managers are top notch. I love the fact that if you are doing what you should be doing or district staff isnt always on you to do more, more is a given in our district. Im in a new location and i like that i am the one building this location, we are an Esob company so I take ownership in this locations successes , and short comings, its all part of starting a new business

Never had a job where my pay went up and down, I had my best year ever last year in sales but my pay went down..

You will work yourself to the bone. It’s fast paced, and a strain on your body for not a lot of pay.
