Store Manager point of view

Pros

Passionate environment. Continued growth. Those who put the time/effort into their work will be rewarded. The Owner of Tuff Shed truly cares about his employees, customers and vendors. Employee benefits package is unheard of in the construction world. Superior Quality Product: in which the company backs with an outstanding warranty and customer service. A corporation with a home town feel.

Cons

Demanding work load-those without a strong work ethic need not apply. Dealing with typical corporate policy can be draining. Computer systems cause undo stress(typical in any corporation nowadays). Adapting to the constant change of business evolving can be taxing

Pros

Reimbursement for mileage between stores, usually you can make your own route to make a little more money.

Cons

signage expectations were ridiculous. You would have promotions that needed to be represented every other week, that ate up time going to all the stores in your territory in two days. pay is not enough for the amount of work done in a week.

Thanks for your review. Tuff Shed values - and learns from - employee feedback. We've shared your comments with the sales leadership team and will ensure that training about our signage program is discussed in detail. Most Areas Sales Managers have strong relationships with our partners; this allows them to work together to ensure promotions are rolled out on time - and with minimum travel to our team in the field.
