However, there is much more to learn from your comments such as, during your 3-4 year tenure with Tuff Shed, was this the norm? Did you share your concerns directly with your manager? Our managers are able to help provide guidance to our team members on effectively managing time and schedules. Our training programs continue to evolve and we invite our team members to share any insights to help improve our training programs.

Thank you for your review. Our business has been experiencing unprecedented growth and we are making every effort to keep up with demand. This can require working overtime as is the norm in this industry, this time of year. This is our busiest time of each year and every employee is a contributor to our success because of their dedication. However, having time outside of work is important to the health and well-being of our employees. Although, I am uncertain of which store your comments refer to, I am unable to bring this to the manager's direct attention in order to solicit a response. Keeping in mind of the many rewards Tuff Shed has to offer including a bonus plan, health care, 401(k), ESOP and more, we strive to improve at every function of the business and we will include your comments to continue the commitment to making improvements.
