I love the fact that even though we are in sales we here in the Chicago are operate as a team , When we win we all win, when we come up short we all come up short. My Market and District managers are top notch. I love the fact that if you are doing what you should be doing or district staff isnt always on you to do more, more is a given in our district. Im in a new location and i like that i am the one building this location, we are an Esob company so I take ownership in this locations successes , and short comings, its all part of starting a new business

The company's commitment to excellence in both product and customer service is truly commendable, and it's been inspiring to be a part of that mission. One of the aspects I appreciate most about working at Tuff Shed is the supportive and collaborative environment. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand or offer guidance, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Additionally, the opportunities for advancement and ongoing training have allowed me to continuously improve my skills and take on new challenges. Furthermore, the culture at Tuff Shed is fantastic. There's a real sense of camaraderie among team members, and the company promotes a healthy work-life balance, which is so important for overall well-being. Although you provided us with some great suggestions, Tuff Shed already has processes in place fulfilling many of these ideas. However, we do like to improve on what we already deliver.
