Some independence. Benefits, Moderately well paying.

Cons

Old school corporate environment and all blame goes down to corporate ladder and becomes the sales peoples fault. Little to no proper training. Questions do not get answered, Product is not always as quality as what you were trained to tell customers. I went over a year before they got me on my health benefits.

Pros

Local management is easy to get along with and I haven't seen signs of favoritism. Work is easy to accomplish and help was made available if needed. If problems occur they are addressed immediately without issues.

Cons

working hours will be cut and overtime is extremely rare unless production requires it. Communication can be lacking between employees and supervisors. Health insurance is a little lacking for the cost.

This is a great company from the caring and driving culture to the amazing benefits Tuff Shed provides. I have worked here for 2.5 years and really enjoy my career because of the people we have working here. Our company talks a big game about culture and caring about people and we back that up with great benefits! I love to see a company back their employees up like this on does!
