      Your comments are unfortunate. I wonder if you were able to discuss your concerns with your direct manager, while at Tuff Shed. I would like to respond more directly however, no examples or details were provided. The only way to improve is through communication. How are we to improve unless our team members inform us of their experiences? We encourage our employees to reach out.

      The Best Employee driven company EVER

      Pros

      Great Support from Management, Everyone in the company is willing to train so I am able to complete the job completely and efficiently, hard work is greatly rewarded and celebrated. Many opportunities to promote or go into field/position within Tuff Shed that is most comfortable. My GM is a huge advocate on work and home balance. I am a shedder.

      Cons

      the cons I have are my own to be a better leader to my team and support the Tuff Shed brand.
