Pros

$$ is decent but that’s about

Cons

If you like being micro managed then this is the place for you. They wanted me to mop and clean a public bathroom, that were disgusting.

Pros

Competitive Pay: Tuff Shed offers a compensation package that may be appealing to some individuals in sales roles.

Cons

Job Insecurity: Working at Tuff Shed in a sales role comes with a significant downside of job insecurity. Employees can be let go without adequate explanation or notice, leading to a stressful and unpredictable work environment. Lack of Respect from Management: The management team at Tuff Shed often fails to treat their employees with the respect they deserve. This can lead to low morale and hinder open communication and collaboration among the workforce. Expendability: Employees may feel that they are viewed as easily replaceable, which can lead to job dissatisfaction and a lack of motivation to excel in their roles. High Mental and Emotional Toll: The compensation at Tuff Shed may not be worth the emotional and mental strain that the job can impose. The challenging work environment and lack of job security can negatively impact an employee's overall well-being.
