      Pros

      Company ownership. Great benefits, including vacation time. Growth opportunity with promotions from within. People are more than employees and cared about.

      Cons

      I'd like to see more visitors from other parts of Tuff Shed.

      Pros

      Great leadership, great team members. Tuff Shed continues to invest not only the companies growth, but every employees growth. Amazing ESOP benefits that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I can’t see myself working anywhere else.

      Cons

      For those who aren’t keen on lots of changes and new tasks, this might not be the place for you.
