      Fun, Orange, Red, Both good

      Pros

      I sell the best product in Northern California with a really good reputation. We have a new manager who is very good. He really has made a good mood here in our locations, the field, and in the shop. Our business is good and we all feel like we are making a big difference. I really like most of my coworkers. Never a dull minute. Home Depot deal seems to be much smoother now. Orange is not a bad word.

      Cons

      Permit Process in Northern California is hard. Very hard!

      Good Sales Job - Wish I would have stayed

      Pros

      Really, really good product. I was proud to represent it. I never felt apologetic for the quality or price. Good selling process - the sales people get leads from the website and the leads don't go to a call center somewhere. Company paid for garden shows - and I was able to sell there. Got around 3 walk in customers per day plus internet leads plus phone calls. Lots of opportunities to sell.

      Cons

      I left a location in the South to move out of state and wish there had been an opportunity at the location I moved to. Maybe some day.

      Pretty Good Place to Work - Great Product - Good Pay

      Pros

      Great product. Managers are accessible. Good commission plan - pretty unlimited. Good benefits. Proud to represent the product and the company. No late night hours - good for ex-retail workers like me. Good work environment. Good quality.

      Cons

      need a new CRM system - current one doesn't work well. Too many administrative tasks that took me away from selling.
