From the moment I interviewed to day one of employment, Tuff Shed oozes teamwork and a get it done attitude. I continued to feel confident and comfortable during my onboarding and my first few weeks of training. When it was time to for me to "fly out of the nest" I was a little nervous, but was reassured that any help or mentorship I needed was readily available. Whether it be in my own factory, or a click away on TEAMS, via remote mentorship, the support continues to this day.

Great work environment. Paid time off. 401K with employer matching & Employee Stock Option Plan. Bonuses. Fixed schedule. Work/Life balance good. Steady income paid biweekly. Insurance available.

Cons

Due to busy atmosphere onboarding and training can be sporadic.
