Pros

Tuff Shed invests in growing and improving it's employees. All of the management at our location have been brought up from other positions within the company. The benefits are generous and the atmosphere is the only genuine team environment I've ever experienced.

Cons

Our shop operates at a very high pace, which is often intimidating to new hires. Several have quit before giving themselves the opportunity to catch up with the other team members. Those that hang in there usually become excellent contributors.

Pros

Solid starting pay with monthly bonuses for doing your job effectively and efficiently in a timely manner. You get rewarded for doing the job you already have to do. 401k match and ESOP (Employee Stock Option Program) available to you. After a year, they give you free stock just for being a loyal employee. Great medical insurance, paid holidays and vacation is also granted to you.

Cons

Depending on your location, weather can vary and where I work it gets hot. Every shop has a break room with refrigerators to keep your beverages to cool you off, so this really is a minor con. Other than that, a great place to work!

Pros

Growth despite level of education. ESOP, insurances, 401k. Tuff Shed is a family. The diversity here is amazing. That is stressed by Tom Saurey (owner).

Cons

The hours are a bit long at times but worth it in the end.
