When I joined Tuff Shed, I instantly felt respect, independence, and a team that gives their all. A few months in, I learned it’s an ESOP—owned by its people—which explains the pride and hard work. As a former business owner, I love the freedom to market my way, the support from mentors and managers, and selling a product I know is the best in the market.

The culture - get it done, no ego culture that is second to none. Management is accessible including the entire executive team. Pay is fair and the benefits are strong. Tuff Shed is a growing company and opportunities for growth are available.
