The other employees that are treated like garbage. You become family

Cons

Poor pay for way to much work, unrealistic goals, awful management, can't keep an employee for longer than a month, empty promises, treat their workers like brainless slaves, coddle and advance the drug addicts, talked down to and picked apart and its allowed.

I regret to read your comments. After 3-4 years with the company, have you tried reaching out to your store management about your concerns? Your comments are concerning and I would hope you have not been enduring such an experience for so long. If you are not comfortable discussing this with your direct manager, I encourage you to reach out to HR.

Tuff Shed offers something that seems to be lost in many companies, that is the combination of a great culture, leadership, benefits, and work life balance. Leadership shows their commitment to the company and their employees with generous bonus and ESOP programs.

Cons

It would be difficult to come up with any cons about my employment here.

Pros

Great training and the compensation is base plus commission. This is better then straight commission as they have skin involved. Good training and everyone is supportive wanting you to be successful.

Cons

The customer comes to you so you work on a sales lot. If your background is in home sales this is different.
