Pros

The culture of Tuff Shed is collaborative and supportive. The culture of the National Support Center is friendly, inclusive, and generous with recognition for a job well done. The lack of ego and surplus of people willing to help is a rare find. Leadership cares about the employees. There is an incredible amount of room for growth and countless examples of employees who have been promoted internally. The hybrid work schedule allows for good work/life balance.

Cons

PTO accrual for the first year is lower than average.

You mention "Fairness" yet, no comments are made in relation to fairness. In the mean time, I suggest you go to your immediate supervisor and/or regional leader for the support you are seeking.
