Pros

Very simple job, pretty much call center work. Good for older individuals that are good with computers.

Cons

Every single sales rep in Bakersfield has been fired, the new management is responsible for terminating 8 sales reps this year, despite record sales numbers and a 1-2 person sales team. Management at the Bakersfield Factory skims high quality leads and keep the commission in house via the scheduling coordinator and says that all factory’s do this to gain additional revenue. I was fired 5 days before I was eligible for my raise without reason or cause, despite high performance and sales numbers. The training is bad, the culture is worse, and the job is very boring.

Pros

Tuff Shed pays you every two weeks but they have a cool feature where if you need some quick cash you can take some money out before your next check. I love that option. Also you can have stocks in the company so if you want to have a great retirement. That is HUGE!

Cons

There really isn't any I can think of. If I was to think of is two things. One training needs to be more hands on and not Zoom meeting calls. Also, sales people have to do a End of Day notes for managers. I never really understood this because they can look up what you have done for the day.
