Large company with a "Mom and Pop" feel Autonomy within the business units Able to get answers and support in aspect of the business quickly and directly Making the employee feel needed and appreciated Making development a high priority for all that want to be developed Training and support with no judgement. The best peer group from any region to help with issues or obstacle that may arise Yet to find a single employee that does not want to come to work Culture is second to none ESOP, 401K, and Profit Sharing If you're looking for Culture, appreciation, development, or amazing benefits. You have to come to the right place.

Weekends and evenings. Must be always available if you want to make more than $700 a week. Difficult to push income above $60k. Few top earners at 80k
