Pros

As an ASM they give you a lot of freedom to work as hard as you want to. Think outside the box and grow your opportunity. It’s very close to being self employed with the support of a national company.

Cons

The people are mostly great, the product is EXCELLENT! The processes. Hold use improvement, which can be frustrating for movers and shakers who pride themselves on delivering excellence to each customer. This company can easily go from good to great by listening to their employees and process improvement
