In 20 years of working in construction management, working at Tuff Shed is like striving for an advanced degree in marketing, accounting, reporting and protocol. Most of the Regional staff have been with Tuff Shed for 10+ years. I am not alone in my position here. Very supportive environment

Cons

I have bad habits to unlearn. Ideas and concepts that have served me well for many year when it was just me and my staff. Now that I am connected to something bigger then just me, I struggle sometimes to let go of the "old" way of the doing things.

Tuff Shed has not only offered an exhausting amount of opportunities for me but has made me a better person, father, husband. The life lessons we learn are not limited to building sheds but connecting to the human experience. There is no better culture in the world than THE TUFF SHED CULTURE. I have just celebrated my 16th year and looking forward to 16 more.

Tuff Shed offers endless growth opportunity. A culture and environment that is non-egotistical. Fabulous benefits, including generous 401K match, Employee Stock Ownership Program, paid time off, medical benefits, and so much more. Leadership truly focuses on ensuring the employee feels valued and supported.
