      Beautiful place to work. There are many opportunities to work.

      It is understaffed by structure and understaffed because of low compensation rates. It is a recipe for low morale.

      Cons

      Refuse to offer staff pay raises beyond the minimum. (Max 3%, minimum is 0.5%) - They will find excuses to pay you less even with inflation in mind. When I did get my raise, they didn't event know what I do. Steal ideas and claim them as their own. No advancement No Training Benefits are not great Atmosphere is toxic They researched 4-day work week, but the offer to apply it is insulting.

      Good pay is offered per class contract.

      Cons

      There is no support staff. Instructors are told they have "academic freedom." However, that just means that when they have issues with a student, the university is free.
