Pros
Good coworkers and a good office culture can make the job not be as bad. Get a decent amount of holidays off that you do not have to use your vacations days for. Good benefits but some do not kick in until after 2 years of working at the org such as paying into your retirement account.
Cons
Often expected to go above and beyond by doing work above pay level, without any incentive of moving up either in title and compensation. People are often doing the work of 3 people at one time and it can feel overwhelming.
