Pros
Everyone was always very nice. I never had too much to do, it wasn't stressful at all. Very relaxed pace. Free college classes. Lots of paid holidays. They were extremely understanding and accommodating of life circumstances. I have nothing bad to say about anyone at Tulane, and I think for a lot of people it would be a dream job.
Cons
The slow pace wasn't actually a pro for me. I was so bored. Went months without anything much to do, and not for lack of asking / looking for stuff to do. Over time this really messed with me, I felt bad for getting nothing done but had nothing to do. I never got bad feedback on the work I did do (which wasn't terribly interesting), but I felt bad all the time anyways because I knew I wasn't doing a good job by my own standards. I found it really depressing. So my advice is to be very aware of if you find not being busy to be a good thing or a bad thing before deciding whether to work here.
