Pros

Other than being employed there is not really a plus.

Cons

Tulare County is upside down in its policies. It favors its elite and poor while pressing middle class (foundation workers) to carry it through.

Pros

One of the best counties to work for in child welfare in the Central Valley. Tulare boasts amazing staff, great upper management and a supportive environment in some offices.

Cons

While some offices are well managed, others are micro managed with an unfriendly atmosphere, leading to excessive turnover, and perrennial shortages of staff and excessively high workloads.

Pros

Operations is a great division to be in, for the most part its a cohesive group doing great work. There are a few different work schedules that can be chosen that really make your work/life balance manageable. lots of vacation time.

Cons

Management is unable to make a decision and stick with it. The department is becoming more and more political between the different divisions within IT. CYA is definitely the name of the game.
