This was my worst experience so far in my career. The management here literally plays game of thrones. I watched how people were fired/asked to leave regardless there competence or efforts but simply because someone above had a problem with them. There's no real team effort here. More like a group of people where every individual seeks their own success and fortune. No one hepls really, you have to figure out everything for yourself and when you struggle with something then comes the only solution they know: fire people. If you work here you are considered as a replaceable unit, Nothing less nothing more. They smile at you when everything is perfect but once you make a mistake or someone has the option to push the responsibilty on you or you just simply in a way of someone they won't think twice to get rid of you, The feedback system is literally a joke. There's one guy who can have opinion about your performance and it's your manager. If he/she doesn't like you you are screwed. So if you want to work a lot for low salary and for no reward but with the anytime-chance of you can lost your job then go work for them. Otherwise there are only better companies than this.
