Great place for career promotion

Pros

I started at the firm as an almost entry level associate. Within a year, I was managing my own case load, and within 3 years, I was promoted to Senior Associate. I was promoted to Partner just a little over a year later, less than 7 years after I started practicing. Along the way, I have had access to great mentors who have cared about my career progression and development as an attorney and litigator. I have been guided by some of the best lawyers in our field. While the firm provides oversight to make sure all attorneys stay on track with cases, I was given considerable autonomy to make strategic decision on my cases. It is an excellent place to grow and develop!

Cons

Being a lawyer takes a lot of hard work and Tully Rinckey prides itself on its high standards. However, that's what makes its attorneys the best they can be.

Great Place to Work!

Pros

Rewards hard work and grants you independence quickly if you provide consistent high quality work product. Transparency and incredibly accessible management, partners, and officers. Partners provide feedback that aids in your development as an attorney. Have an actual on boarding program when you begin employment in any position that helps with the transition to the culture (this program applies to both attorneys and staff).

Cons

If you have not worked at a firm before, the transition may be difficult. Need to be willing to comply with administrative procedures that may be entirely different than what you are accustomed to.
