Pros

The management team demonstrates a practical and respectful approach. They are approachable, logical in decision-making, and create an environment where expectations are clearly laid out.

Cons

One challenging aspect was handling administrative responsibilities independently, like tracking billable time and preparing documents. Balancing these tasks alongside higher-level client work could sometimes feel overwhelming. That said, the internal systems are structured well enough that managing everything becomes easier with time.

Pros

I found Tully Rinckey a huge support when it comes to allowing employees to work at a location that they prefer. Due to some personal reasons, it was tough for me to leave Washington D.C. Upon communicating my concerns to the management, the team offered me an unconditional chance to keep on working in Washington.

Cons

The work-life balance still remains a pertinent concern while working at Tully Rinckey. However, you have to make compromises no matter where you work until you reach perfection. Advice to Management: The admin office should listen to the concerns raised by the employees related to the work-life balance and take precise measures to mitigate them effectively.

Pros

Tully Rinckey promotes a culture of equity, growth, and transparency. As a new entrant to the corporate world back in 2016 after my graduation, I was pretty scared about how things would unfold. The way this firm treated me as a new entrant boosted my morale. I got support from my seniors and the management to thrive as a professional in the legal domain.

Cons

The integration of technology into legal procedures puts extra burden on employees to stay extraordinarily vigilant to compete. Advice to Management: The management should create training opportunities for employees to help them become more competitive as compared to attorneys of other renowned firms
