Not a great place to start a career, but better if you're an experienced attorney.

Cons

Experienced major turnover, as out of the 10-15 attorneys in our office when I started only a couple are still there.

Provided daytime flexibility as long as you brought in money

Cons

Firm was entering general legal areas but treated every area of law like litigation. Billed every second of time and little concern over work product. I was unable to adequately counsel my clients given the constraints on being required to bill every time I interacted with the client.

You will be challenged here and work hard. But you will be part of a team that is committed to the firm and its success. There is definitely opportunity for growth and advancement at Tully Rinckey, and the firm offers excellent benefits including a generous 401(k) match.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming at times, and the challenging work environment may not be for everyone.
