Tully Rinckey promotes a culture of equity, growth, and transparency. As a new entrant to the corporate world back in 2016 after my graduation, I was pretty scared about how things would unfold. The way this firm treated me as a new entrant boosted my morale. I got support from my seniors and the management to thrive as a professional in the legal domain.

Cons

The integration of technology into legal procedures puts extra burden on employees to stay extraordinarily vigilant to compete. Advice to Management: The management should create training opportunities for employees to help them become more competitive as compared to attorneys of other renowned firms

It is an amazing place to showcase your talent; the work environment is highly supportive. The more you work, the better incentives you receive. The revamped bonus plan of the company substantially increases your compensation.

Cons

The compensation plan requires out-of-the-box efforts to meet targets. Advice to Management: I would like to advise management to keep on taking feedback from employees related to their work-life balance to keep on improving their job satisfaction level

Experienced nationwide law firm delivering trusted legal solutions with integrity, dedication, and proven results.

Cons

Sometimes the tasks are tedious and require meticulous planning and execution, which may take a toll on any attorney. All that said, this is the best law firm in my experience thus far.
