      Pros

      TCC provides engaging and vibrant environment. The college serves the community and provides college success. It is great to be a student at the TCC.

      Cons

      For the part time employees there are no advancement opportunities. No pay raise for decades. Poor communication with the supervisors. It's not so great to be an employee at the TCC
