Easy to get hired as a student, compatible with school schedule, opportunities for references, easy work, student coworkers, exercise "opportunity"

Cons

Prepare to be understimulated to death or assigned to the projects none of the full time staff are willing to do. Cross campus coffee and package runs are a daily task. Managers have condescending attitudes towards student workers. Terrible pay.
