There is no Diversity at TCC .. a few people of color and it is ashame. The School wants African American staff or other minority groups yet .. we are treat no different from minority students .. The management mindset is very closed minded .. The president needs to get a grip on reality and know that as long as you have clicks in your management teams and in your offices .. You school will never grow into being diverse .. TCC is not welcoming to us that are of color let alone the students from the community that is why .. HELLO .. minority students enrollment is not increasing. Where is the Diversity in your School? .
