Pros

You get to build your own schedule. Absolutely the nicest fleet of aircraft at this airport. Newer g1000 equipped 172s. They really stay on top of maintenance.

Cons

No health benefits. No paid time off. Due to weather cancelling flights there is no minimum income for a month. Working with a college there’s a lot of red tape. The pay is substandard.

Flexible Scheduling, great pay, great atmosphere, fantastic administration and facilities, supportive clerical staff and wonderful hardworking students

Cons

As with being an adjunct scheduling may change last minute or classes may be canceled to low enrollment on the first week of class leaving you without the pay you had planned.
