      Pros

      I absolutely love my team. There are so many nuances when working in a college since so many departments work together to achieve greater success for the students. The people here really do care about the students and do all that they can to assist when in their jurisdiction.

      Cons

      There is so much grey area sometimes, students get frustrated because we haven’t encountered every situation before. Training is difficult because of these grey areas, and it’s really a learn as you go kind of place.
