Pros

Great mission, vision, and values. Great benefits and pay in comparison to other ECE jobs. Friendly staff.

Cons

Not enough support for challenging behaviors. Management is great at talking and making things sound great, but not so great at doing. They're worried about all these changes to our environments and studies rather than dealing with things that are actually problems.

The kids are wonderful. So adorable and loving. The mission and values of the agency are great in theory.

Cons

Upper leadership claims to care about children and staff wellbeing but very little gets done about ongoing issues.
